My passion for photography started at age 16 when I was gifted my first real camera. At that time, I focused on nature, landscapes and animals. In 2015, my best friend asked me to take newborn photos for her family. Let me tell you, taking pictures of flowers is TOTALLY different than taking pictures of human beings. Ive never had to sing baby shark to a flower to stop it from crying. I was instantly drawn to capturing human emotions and connections. Since that day, both my skills and passion have continued to grow!
I was born and raised in the Hereford Zone. My childhood was filled with dirt bike riding, camping, and lots of outdoor activities.
I live in White Hall, Maryland with my husband of 6 years, my 2 year old son, and our 2 pups. Our weekends are filled with home renovations, spending time with family & friends, and lots of walks.
I have extensive nursing experience in the pediatric intensive care unit and outpatient rehabilitation. I currently care for children with feeding and GI disorders. I am comfortable with medically fragile children and adults including those with G-tubes, trachs, and special equipment.

Raising a family is hard. Family photos don't have to be! I will walk you through everything - outfit guidance before the session, prompts & poses during the session, and printing options after the session. My goal is for you to have family photographs decorating your home for you to see everyday to remind you of the beautiful life you have created.
